Saturday complete write off. I certainly had more than a bottle of red wine on Friday night and felt horribly poisoned all of Saturday.

The upshot of this was that I rested in a way that I would not have done otherwise. I slept the whole of the morning and Ross took pity on me and told me not to drive down to collect him. It was probably wise. Early in the afternoon, I was probably still over the blood/alcohol limit.

Mind you, the hangover did not prevent us from having the sort of spectacular sex which is designed to reacquaint panting lovers.

Next door Nathan's 18th birthday celebrations took place in the next door back garden with a barbecue and appropriate loud music and some appropriately winsome mates removing their tops for the sun. The blond was quite nice. The downside is that Nathan is now legal which, Ross and I agreed, takes all the fun out of it. *Smiles* Ross and I spent a goodly part of the afternoon laying out on the sun lounger together semi-shaded and tucked up together in a spoons-like position. It's nice lying in back garden together without being interrupted by a yapping dog.

Saturday night was quiet with food, no television, a little reading for me and a bath for Ross. It ended with a further bout of spectacular sex that left me gasping and floundering about on the bed like a stranded fish.

I do so hope that Nathan celebrated his birthday in such fine style. *Smiles*

Sunday brought my trip with my yoga group out to the Yoga for Health Foundation at Ickwell Bury near Biggleswade. It is a residential centre offering teaching and coaching and solace and with so many such places is a real haven from the rigours of the world. We had a 90 minute yoga session and then a 30 minute meditation. Lunch followed and then in the afternoon we did yoga in the sun on the grass.

I bought a couple of books and a yoga mat and came home feeling well satisfied about the world. I feel that I should return there sometime. We'll see.
