It's good to get back into a routine.
Three days off; four days of work.
In bed for 11pm; up for 7am.
Yoga on Tuesdays.
Three week rotation of training units with networking just begun.
A little TV here; a little reading there.
Some good coal fires buring in the grate.
Some good food; some good wine or beer.
And a few plans for the future.
Heaven.
This Monday, whilst Ross slept in the afternoon, I made my way to Stamp's in Crosby Village. I sat there for an hour or so, smoked and drank a couple of pints and read.
Alexander McCall Smith's In the Company of Cheerful Ladies.
It was great to be back in Botswana, with concerns about a man on a bike, a woman
in a Mercedes Benz, a man at a dancing class and lashings of bush tea. What a lovely
way to spend a Monday afternoon with a best beloved author back on form as the world
passes by on the other side of the glass window.
